Welcome to embarking on a healthier journey. My name is Shantel, the driving spirit behind True Roots Holistics. Alongside the joys of motherhood with my two children, I've dedicated myself as a Registered Massage Therapist and Bowen Therapist, advocating holistic health and well-being.
I added additional skills at the renowned Vicars School of Massage Therapy, where I nurtured a passion for integrating therapeutic practices with patient education. I'm a deep believer in continuous learning to help clients and with new techniques that allow me to expedite their healing. A philosophy that continues to guide my practice.
My mission is straightforward: to provide relief from discomfort, enhance mobility, and ensure that my clients are informed and empowered. With the right knowledge and care, I believe everyone can reach their pinnacle of health and well-being.
I specialize in a variety of therapeutic modalities, from traditional massage to the advanced techniques of Bowen Therapy and Rapid NFR.
Beyond the walls of my treatment space, I find balance in running in the great outdoors or finding a health related book to expand my knowledge and enjoying quality time outdoors with friends and family.
